Citizen's Free Press "CFP" is a non-commercial digital platform for open journalism, literature and discussion. CFP is free in every way. CFP exists to protect everyone's right to truthful free speech and journalism. This includes the right to report events truthfully and the right to discuss them. CFP also serves as a public repository of written, photographic and audible material published by its members.

Established and online in its present form since March 2005, CFP encourages orderly public debate among all members of the community. CFP stories are posted freely by correspondents and are publicly reviewable by peers. Stories are not censored to suit editorial, political, religious or financial masters. The standard rules of professional journalistic conduct and authorship apply.

If this site appears to be under construction, that would be because it is! CFP is a long term project and will likely be in a constant state of flux as the world changes around it. This is how it should be.
